Our recurring residential service is the backbone of what we do. The same one or two cleaners come to your home on a schedule you pick — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — and work through a room-by-room checklist that we agree on before the first visit.
Because you get the same team each time, they learn your home: which rugs are delicate, where the dog bowl lives, which door stays closed. Most of our Maplewood and South Orange clients have kept the same cleaner for over two years.
Every visit includes
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors wiped down
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, and fixtures scrubbed and disinfected
- All rooms: dusting of surfaces, shelves, sills, and reachable ledges
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout, including under furniture edges
- Beds made and linens changed when fresh sheets are left out
- Trash and recycling emptied, bins relined
- Light switches, handles, and doorknobs sanitized
- A quick photo summary sent when your team finishes

If Saturday mornings keep disappearing into chores, a recurring clean is the single biggest time-return we offer. Most two- to three-bedroom homes take our team two to three hours per visit.
Families with kids or pets
We default to pet-safe, low-odor products and pay extra attention to floors, baseboards, and the high-touch surfaces little hands find. Cleaners are introduced to your pets on the first visit so nobody is surprised on the second.
Anyone easing back after illness or surgery
Several of our long-term clients started with a short-term plan while recovering. There is no minimum commitment — pause, resume, or cancel anytime with a day's notice.
Residential Cleaning questions
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes — consistency is the point of recurring service. If your regular cleaner is out sick or on vacation, we'll offer you a vetted substitute from the same team or the option to skip the visit, your choice.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Most clients aren't. About 70% of our recurring visits happen with a lockbox code, garage code, or key we hold in our audited key-control system. You'll get a notification when the team arrives and leaves.
What if I only need certain rooms cleaned?
That's fine and it lowers your rate. Your checklist is set at the walkthrough — plenty of clients exclude a home office or a guest room that never gets used.
Can I change my frequency later?
Anytime. Households often move from every-two-weeks to weekly during school terms and back in the summer. Just tell your cleaner or text the office.
