How is commercial pricing set?
Every commercial job is quoted individually after a free walkthrough — square footage, surface types, restroom count, and frequency all move the number. Most offices land on a flat monthly rate so budgeting is simple.
Are your staff cleared for after-hours access?
Yes. Every FreshNest cleaner passes a criminal background check before their first shift, and we're happy to provide names in advance for your building's access list. We're insured and bonded, and certificates of insurance are available on request.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
We bring all equipment and cleaning products. Consumables that stay in your space — paper towels, toilet paper, soap, trash liners — are typically yours, though we can supply and bill them at cost if you prefer one invoice.
What if something is missed?
Flag it to your account contact and the crew returns within one business day to make it right, at no charge. Misses are logged and reviewed in your monthly quality report.
